100% Pure Creamed Honey. This honey is spreadable and great for scones, muffins, waffles, pancakes and almond butter & creamed honey sandwiches. Years ago we create this wonderful treat, by originally feeding in Trader Joe's Creamed Honey. All honey crystalizes, but this way we control the size of the crystals. Every batch that is made, we set aside a jar to be used in the next batch. This allows for greater consistency and a better product, similar to a sour-dough starter.
